Children with Anxiety
If your child is struggling with Social Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Seperation Anxiety, Phobia’s, or OCD, it is likely disruptive to their social, emotional, and educational development. I offer active, directive and goal-oriented therapy that helps children learn to coping skills, and tools to fight back against their worry. We use ERP (exposure and response prevention) to help children who are struggling with OCD. If you’re not sure whether or not your child’s anxiety is problematic, or what type of anxiety they have, I can help you uncover what’s going on, and lead you in the right direction.
Adults with Anxiety
I work with adults who are struggling with all types of anxiety, and OCD so that you can stop allowing fear to lead the way, no longer be paralyzed by indeciscion or uncertainty, and live the kind of life that you truly want to live.
Women with Anxiety/Personal Growth
I have specific interest in working with women who are struggling with overwhelm when it comes to juggling life, or dealing with transitions in relationships and roles. Whether you are going from singlehood to motherhood, struggling with issues realted to pregnancy or postpartum, or trying to figure out how to manage a work/life banalce…I am here to help and encourage you.
I am passionate about helping women to own their power, grow through change and struggle, and reclaim who they are, and what they want. I also offer remote (video) sessions to help eliminate obstacles to doing the work!
Danielle’s Specialty Areas…
If your child is struggling with behavioral issues (including ADHD, defiant behavior, or disruptive behavior) Danielle Javadi, LMFT can help. Danielle works with both children and parents to develop better emotinoal regulation skills, discipline/coaching strategies that wok, and to decrease conflict.
When a child is struggling with behavior, it can cause conflict and disruption both at home, and at school.
The goal is to identify why the child is struggling, impliment strategy, and buld healthier relationships so that your child can continue to grow and thrive.
Danielle Javadi. LMFT is trained in Triple P (Positive Parenting) and can help you and your partner, or co-caregiver to undestand your childs emotional and developmental needs, and implement effective strategies that will decrease the DRAMA and increase the FUN and helthy growth.
Danielle also works with families who are trying to manage co-parenting and want to work together to do what’s best for their child/children.
