Do you take insurance?
We do not bill insurance directly. However, you may be able to get reimbursed by your insurance provider. Call your provider and ask if your policy has a mental health benefit for out-of-network providers.
What is the fee?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. You can also pay using Stripe, before or after a session.
How do I get started?
Visit our schedule page or call us at (707) 200-3215, and we will contact you to set up a short phone call before our session. The first 1-2 sessions are spent moving through an assessment, setting goals, and creating a treatment plan. Then… the work (read: FUN!) begins!
How long will I be in therapy?
We believe that effective therapy, especially when working on specific mental health issues, should be active, directive, helpful, and fairly brief (12-16 sessions). Some people use therapy as a tool to work through life struggles, or to get coaching or a different perspective on relationships. That kind of therapy can take as short or as long as you want it to!
