MENTAL HEALTH RESOURCES…
I often get asked for book recs and resources for by my clients on various different topics including parenting, healing, anxiety, grief, marriage and personal growth (you know, all the really “light” and easy breezy things)! I wanted to share these resources with you that include some of our “therapist approved” favorites on various different topics. Reading is a great place to start when it comes to trying to learn how to move through different stages, ages, and struggles. We will continue to add to this list as we continue to read and review!
p.s. if you are a writer/author of a book in the space of psychology or personal development and you’d like us to check out your book please email kaitlin@bayareamoderntherapy.com
