My fee per session is $250, and while I do not take insurance I happily provide my clients with a Superbill Document to submit to their insurance for reimbursement. The majority of my clients get at least a 70% reimbursement for sessions. My name is Kaitlin Soule, I am the founder of Petaluma Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am also a mom to three kids, a wife, a writer, a podcaster, and a mental health advocate! I help people do the work of healing and growth and make lasting change.

I graduated from the University of San Francisco, where I received a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology.  Before opening my own practice, I received advanced training in a two-year intensive program at the Santa Rosa Center for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and developed a strong foundation from which I was able to develop my own therapeutic style and approach, combining CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Positive Psychology. My overarching goal is to elevate my clients and teach them the skills and tools they need to be their own “therapist” when future life challenges arise.
